It’s National Poetry Month, Time for a Poetry Challenge!

I’ve been apart of a special writing group for a little over a year now, called Indelible Ink, and it’s been an awesome journey so far! This group was created by a fellow college student and friend of mine Rachel Kang, and this month she started us on a poetry challenge in honor of #NationalPoetryMonth, which has given me an opportunity to stretch myself as a writer.

Poetry is something that I’ve rarely explored, my first one on this website was published just a few months ago in fact. It’s called An Ode to the Deep Thinker. Below I’ll share the first four pieces that I’ve written so far, and if you want to join in with me, join the Indelible Ink Writers group on Facebook or Instagram to see the prompts!
